Report a problem

Readers can use the Contact page to identify the exact article URL, the statement that may be wrong, and any reliable evidence that supports the correction.

Review process

Correction requests are evaluated against the article, available primary material, official announcements, and reliable reporting. Opinion disagreements are considered separately from verifiable factual errors.

Visible updates

Material corrections should update the article’s modified date. When an error substantially changes the meaning of a page, a correction note should be added so readers understand what changed.

Minor edits

Spelling, formatting, grammar, broken links, and other non-substantive improvements may be corrected without a separate correction notice.
